A Little Bit of Our Process

Step 1:

Select, then train the best dogs. Test them with Embark to make sure you are only breeding the best traits into your future puppies. Keep the moms on great food and feed them freeze dried heart and liver to keep their nutrients high.

Step 2:

Help the Dam deliver her puppies, then start the process of Early Neurological Stimulation and Early Scent Introduction from days 3-16 to wake up their brains and noses. Raise all the puppies in your home with many people coming to visit them to help with socializing. Make loud noises to prepare the puppies for the noisy world they will soon enter. Change the blankets and bedding in the puppy area to expose them to as many textures as possible.

Step 3:

Start area potty trainig the puppies at 2 weeks old making sure their feet stay clean and they learn the basics of potty training. Start Baxter and Bella puppy training with the puppies with the goal of them having a head start on sit to say please when they head home. Get them started on crate training, making sure the experience is positive.

Step 4:

Take the puppies outside and play with them multiple times a day. Bathe and brush them many times. Wait until the puppies are 7 weeks old and then have a seasoned tester test each puppy's temperament following the Volhard Temperament test. Take the results and recommend the best puppy for each family based on what they need and want.

Step 5:

Send the puppies home to their families after a vet examination and shots. Send them with a goodie bag, a free month puppy insurance, and a lifetime of support from the breeder.
